Shipping & returns

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders after that cut-off, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Returns & damaged lots

Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened vials. If a vial arrives damaged, compromised, or does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 30 days with photographs and your lot number and we will replace or refund it.

Lost or delayed shipments

Tracking is emailed when the label is generated. If tracking has not updated for five business days, contact support and we will open a carrier claim on your behalf.
